The generals in Israeli Army are challenged by junior officers hence impunity in Israeli society is dismantled at every level of society. No wonder innovation,creativity and team spirit reign supreme in the holy land. The fear of the leader is the beginning of tyranny, dictatorship and hero worship.The fear of the leader is the end of innovation,creativity and human dignity.
 

Israeli management culture is distinctly different from the rest of world. The mantra of 'the boss is always right' is an obsolete precept. Bosses are challenged and confronted by the juniors when they blunder or get drunk with power.

Any organization or system or nation where leaders are feared fail to unleash human potential and human capital at their disposal. Current management mantra in world class organizations is the dismantling of departmental divisions allowing interdisciplinary interactions; giving human dignity to room to excel.

Great leaders are great team builders, no human can innovate or create in intimidating and oppressive environment.

Third world nations are backward because leadership is driven by fear. Leaders fear to be told the truth, they fear to learn from others. Fear is a product of Satan,it's satanic and destructive,an organization driven by fear is bound to fall and perish in long-run.

RUTO VERSUS MANDAGO

Jubilee Primaries Fiasco
What happened on Friday, 21st April, 2017 during Jubilee primaries in Jubilee strongholds was a fiasco never witnessed in any primaries in Kenya's multiparty era. The secretariat gross incompetence was mind boggling,that not a single polling station received adequate ballot papers was a paradox.

Jubilee Party housed in a state-of-the-art headquarters manned by top notch technocrats left everybody tongue tied.The brain power led by Tuju, and their failure to avail ballot papers with
billions of shillings at their disposal will remain a puzzle for decades to come.

At first it looked like the shortage of ballot papers was confined to North Rift particularly in Uasin Gishu and Nandi counties. Hence local mistrust revolving around Mandago and Buzeki erupted.
The mistrust further almost unleashed mayhem in Nandi county where Jubilee offices were surrounded by rioting mob some of them inscribing CCM on the walls.

Indeed Jackson Mandago and William Rutto the deputy president are no longer friends.
It appears their differences were camouflaged and were not as public as is the case with Isaac Rutto.
It needed a trigger to make it public.

It should be noted that Jackson Mandago was not the choice of William Rutto in 2013 but a people's choice, Dr Bittok was Rutto's preferred candidate. If Mandago loses to Buzeki chances are he will resign from Jubilee and opt for independent status. In that scenario the North Rift and in particular the Nandi community will tilt towards NASA.

With Isaac Rutto a Kipsigis and Jackson Mandago a Nandi and both being charismatic and bold, chances of William Rutto delivering votes to Jubilee will be a tall order. The Nandi community trusts Jackson Mandago more than William Rutto. Should Rutto openly confront Mandago and lash him in public funny scenes will emerge.

Let us hope that sanity will prevail and that current Kalenjin leadership will see the need for team work and unity in diversity.

TRUMP SHERIFF IN TOWN

Indeed Trump presidency within a span of 100 days is sending powerful message to the world stage:

• That it is no longer business as usual on planet earth.
• That America is a superpower,
• That they are ready to bomb any group any nation which defies American might.

AMERICA has bombed two groups.The first was Syrian military base with 59 Mohawk missiles.The latest is Afghanistan where US air force hit ISIS bunker with MOAB :Mass  Ordinance Air Blast,one of the most powerful non nuclear bombs that has never been used by any military on the planet

The bomb carries 11 tons of explosives which create 150m crater and cause a quake in huge area.
American might will soon be felt in North Korea. North Korea has been a thorn on the flesh  to the international community,having tested nuclear bombs with Impunity.

With Trump as the new  Sheriff in town business will not be the norm. Trump is a paradox; he dismissed NATO as obsolete and irrelevant during the election period; currently to him NATO is the hope of EU and America. China to him-then was a currency manipulator and a thief-in-chief of American jobs; currently China is a darling and an ally against North Korea.
